A girl has got to get OUT!!!

Okay - Couch potatoes are way overrated...and I enjoyed sitting on the couch for about a day.. but I am so over my whole knee surgery!
I had so much fun today. Gigi was able to acquire a wheelchair (embarrassing? Yes...but Would I be dumb enough to pass it up? NO!!!) It was so fun to be pushed around the mall and being outside again!
After, we had FHE tonight and Bart planned a really cute scavenger Hunt for the kids and told them that they would love the Prize at the end! They seriously were sent all over the house looking for clues (inside and out) The end clue - much to their dismay was their Mama! How sad - these kids were seriously hoping for candy!
But it was really sweet because Bart sat them down and explained how each clue related to me as their mom and that they needed to help out even more than ever because I can't do as much for them as I would like to. It was really nice.

We than told them that another treat was eating over at the Trainas for dinner. Than they really lit up - they love playing with the Traina kids!
Fun Night!

Bailey's head even looks a little bit better!

Wheelchairs are way underrated. I've pushed my sister around many a mall, Target, Costco, etc. I dare you to go for one of those ride on carts.
It was awesome the last time I went to Target with both my mom and Diane and BOTH were riding around on one of those things. Good times.

With one of my pregnancies I was on strict bedrest for 3 months. The highlight of those weeks was every Friday night we would go to Wal-mart and my husband would push me around in a wheelchair. Good times.

Hey, so I was thinking about your wheelchair experience and it reminded me of Mark's turn on the injury list. If you're bored(like that would ever happen considering your current condtion!) and need a laugh go to my blog under April of this year and scroll down about half way, past spring break to "Mark and his Lark" -you'll get a chuckle at least...

What a sweet, sweet FHE Bart thought of! I laughed so hard tho as I could see the look on all their faces when they discovered that YOU were the surprise at the end!!! I love the idea and how special that was! I don't remember dad ever doing that when I was on a 3 month bedrest with Meghan and Elizabeth! Bart should have been around then to give him suggestions! hahahahha x0x00x0
