Mom's day off!

We took our second annual trip to Swiss Days in Midway, Utah with the girls and it was a whole lot of food, shopping, laughs and fun! {not necessarily in that order} but we really enjoyed ourselves and literally went non-stop from morning til night!

This is what opening day at Swiss Days looks like -
crazy mess of people.
We hit the ground running and shopped to the
full extent each and every day.
I must have missed the email that the girls were going to drop some weight before Swiss Days to enjoy a scone!
I love these things - the bigger the better!

This store was awesome! I should have brought a U-Haul!

You can't leave Utah without stopping at the
Provo Bakery for a sugar cookie!

Thanks Sue and Rod for sending us on such a  great trip!
This is one tradition that I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Looks like a fun time. I miss going to Swiss Days, haven't been in about 10 years! It's so beautiful up there this time of year. You're making me homesick!!

How fun... I've never been to Swiss Days! Looks like something I should check out since I'm in Utah.

And your post just got me excited for Halloween ;o) I can't believe it's almost here!

Looks like SO MUCH FUN!!!! I love all of your pictures! What great in-laws you have. I'm glad you are back!
On another note, the twins asked if Maddie was coming over tomorrow during piano and I said "No, she goes to a new school now and she gets out too late to come over to help me" and you would have thought I cut off their arms or something because they starting bawling (wailing, really) and saying, "We miss Maddie, we miss Maddie" It was so sweet. We will have to try to get Maddie over here sometime! :)
