Egged!

 For Family home Evening tonight we decided to Egg some of our neighbors and friends - believe me when I say to make the list was a hard decision - the kids are begging me to do this every night now until Easter! They had so much fun hiding the eggs, posting the "You've Been Egged" sign and the doorbell ditching. At one house Maddie ran so hard to get away that she Cinderella'd and left her shoes on their driveway. {Literally ran out of her shoes!}
Parker was looking forward to tonight and he kept telling the neighbors "Something is going to be a surprise and we are using eggs, but I can't tell you what it is!" Nice!!
We need to do this more often!
I want my kids to catch the spirit of giving without expecting anything in return. Case in point, Parker asked when someone was going to come to our house and give us eggs. He doesn't quite get it yet!
Egging people is the best!

So fun! And I love Parker's comments :-), especially his not so subtle hint to the neighbors!

Hi Heather you have such cute ideas on your blog. I loved what you did for you daughter's bday party. Hey it's going to be my dads 60th bday on april 15th and were trying to gather the greatest memories over his 60 years. I know that my mom and dad were great friends with your parents. I was wondering if you could ask your dad and your mom to each or together write a fun memory they all had together. I need it in a week. they can email it to me at marenbetty@hotmail.com or my address is 4335 e. lexington ave. Gilbert,AZ. 85234. let me know if they can it would be great!
