Tonight was pretty busy around here, what with Soccer and school stuff! But, we still made time to make our scary mad teeth - even way easier than last night's little yummy!
You just take apples and quarter them. Each quartered apple needs a chunk taken out of the middle to form the mouth. Than, I gave the kids the choice of using slivered almonds or candy corns - what do you think the popular choice was? Little tip, the slivered almonds just poke right in. I had to trim the candy corns and put on some peanut butter to make them stick! Voila - scary mad teeth! Minus the candy corn - doesn't the apple count for a fruit serving?
Tomorrow night we will be making Chocolate Ghosties!!

Love it! Will you stop being so much fun? You're making me look bad.
Heather, please come to my house and be my kid's mom.....I think they need a new one.
cute heather...good idea..but i don't know about candy corn and peanut butter...was it good??!
I'm mad for your teeth. So clever.
those are so cute and creative! I need to be better about doing that kind of stuff with my kids!
What a cute project! Too fun!
Looks like you have so much fun at your house! Thanks for sharing :)
This treat reminds me of my last pregnancy. All that I craved was apples with peanut butter smeared on. go figure!
Got my treat today, I was thrilled to get a package just for me! I'm going to smell delicious tomorrow.
ThankS!!
