My husband thinks I am cleaning house!

Vacuum Cleaner
My sweet Bart thinks tht I am busy vacuuming and cleaning house but I must admit that this new leash on life (albeit only three hours 15 minutes long) takes a while to sink in.
This is the first time in eleven years that I am having a little Mommy time by myself.
I actually went to the club and swam a mile (so fun) and showered there and then took off to meander through the grocery store (again so fun) without keeping track of kids.
I came home, put groceries away and sat down to figure out what to make for dinner. While doing that, I "accidentally" took a little nap (really fun).

I need to clean up and yet not being bugged every couple of minutes by small children is making me reevaluate my alone time. But, with that said, Bart will be home soon and so I need to go strategically place the vacuum so it looks like it is being used! :0) Naps will have to wait...until tomorrow!

Oh no no no no...when the cat's are away, the mouse will play. Have Bart repeat that 10 times EVERY night before going to bed. Then have the kids vacuum when they get home. Hee hee!

Isn't it great! It takes me a little bit to get into the routine of the school year. It's like I just need to unwind for a week or two!

You deserve all the naps you want. Enjoy!

Take your nap and then just leave the vaccuum on the stairs or smack dab in the middle of the hallway.

I think you need to come "clean" with Bart. I guess I'll go have lunch with him again and have you think he's "working."
