I remember loving the weekends when I was Caitlin's age because it usually involved a slumber party at a friend's house! We would stay up late, talk about boys, eat lots of candy, and go toilet papering.
Well, not much has changed! Caitlin wanted to officially celebrate her birthday with some girlfriends, so Bart set up the tent in the backyard, we ordered pizzas, made Smores by the firepit, the girls got their groove on with Just Dance and had fun taking a lot of silly pictures with chalk bubbles
and mustache props!
Parker wanted to show off his Dancing Skillzzz!
I don't really EVER want to be 14 again,
but I secretly love to relive it through my daughter!

Have your kids forgiven you for that awful April Fool's joke?! I don't know if I have! How can Caitlin be so old already? Her slumber party looks way fun - you are such a great Mom!
I really can't bear that she is 14...youth conference, dances...it's crazy...it seems like we were just barely there!! How did WE get to be so old!! Love you my friend!
I want to have slumber parties again!
