Egg-mallows

My MIL introduced me to these big fat easter egg marshmallows and what a cute gift to pass out to teachers and friends. I found these marshmallows at Ralphs and I just inserted a cookie stick into the center of each one and dipped them into melted chocolate. While they are still wet, add your sprinkles than lay them out on wax paper to dry. once they have dried, bag them and tag them and they are ready to be delivered!
