Cram it in!

We truly had one of those typical busy Summer days!
Parker started Jr. Sports Camp today - one of the cutest things I have ever seen. All these little guys running around and thinking they are super tough and know what they're doing. There we are at his camp with 17 other little boys and Parker is just crying his eyes out. I stayed for a LOOOONg time and than finally they had to hold him as he screamed while I drove away It was like a scene from a movie.

When I came back to pick him up, he was all smiles and super sweaty and cute. He said, "sports camp is awesome and I'm not going to cry anymore!' I'm so glad!

We also went to visit Grandpa Bob today and every day he is looking better. He goes in for yet another surgery on Wednesday for something else so we are still praying for him to be okay!
After the hospital, I took the two little ones to the Zoo - it wasn't very crowded at all so lucky for us (not really) we got to ride the sky cab back and forth 4 times! Yippee!

Tonight our craft for the day was a food craft and we made some really yummy fruit and brownie kabobs with hot fudge drizzled on top!
The kids were loving these and I realized pretty early on that I needed to cut the bamboo skewers in half as they were piling on the brownies.

Tomorrow we are making seashell creatures - the countdown continues!
