Science for Kindergarteners!

Tonight I took Bailey to her school for science night! She loved it! I must admit I wasn't totally excited to go to six different stations and do experiments - but we had fun and learned that...
1. If you have a lot of fat on your body - you will be okay if you ever get left behind in freezing cold water.
2. Salt on snow adheres to it...blah blah blah - I stopped listening once I heard snow - I am in San Diego.
3. Add glycerin to your bubbles that your kids have and the bubbles will take forever to pop! Where do we get glycerin anyway?

Now off to work on Maddie's science project!
A.K.A. Parent's science project!

Sounds fun!! You can get glycerine at drug stores..also if you want to make slowglobes this winter, put some glycerine in the water to make the "snow" take longer to fall.

You can always say no to some stuff. it never rains when it pours. don't ask me the last time I went out on a date or even spent and evening with my hubby. it's so sad that life is so busy.
