I won tickets (per usual) to go to Legoland today. Seriously, either everyone else in So Cal won tickets as well or something was going on that we didn't know about - because we basically hit two rides and than it was time to go! Sorry kids! They still had fun though.
When we got home, our ward had a really fun dinner planned where you were given a menu in Mongolian and had to pick what you wanted for each course. You had no idea what you were ordering, so for the first course, I got a knife, some chocolate cake and garlic bread - what the?
It was really fun and we also played a top-ten-random-things-about-yourself-guess-who-you-are-game! I learned some interesting things - my personal fave - my Bishop was expelled from school in 6th grade for indecent exposure! Go bishop!
Great night!

We love Legoland and our favorite ride is the jousting one. I love how you always do things together...the perfect family!
Suspended, not expelled. I think there is a slight difference. Also, I thought the game was two truths and a lie. That one was supposed to be a lie . . . :)
Legoland is one my boys' top 5 places they want to visit.
Hilarious about your bishop. Sounds like a fun day. I would take chocolate cake first for all my meals if I could. So is Legoland fun for older kids (12+)? Or would Universal Studios would be better? My hubby has vetoed Disneyland this year, so I want to plan something else fun.
so sad that it was crowded, but at least you didn't pay for it!!
That sounds like loads of fun. Some of my piano students were at Legoland on sat to for Legoland's 10 year anniversary. I wish we did crazy stuff like that at our church. i wasn't at church yesterday because Noah and LIly wouldn't stop coughing. i didn't want to drive everyone else crazy. Damon said that maddie was in my class and she behaved very well.
wow!!!!!!!!!!! that looks like so much fun! i bet you all had a blast!
